WHAT WE DO
A Clear and Consistent Voice
The Alliance has been a clear and consistent voice for policy holders in Ireland – calling out this unfairness publicly through the media and by advocating strongly with the Government for the many reforms ultimately delivered and calling for urgent action in passing on the savings these reforms have generated to policy holders.

Alliance Objectives 2024 – 2026
1. Reduced Premiums
Reduced premiums for motor, public and employer liability policy holders that is meaningful and sustained; reflecting the considerable savings generated by insurance reform in recent years.
2: Competition
Increased competition across all sectors, with particular emphasis on public liability cover.
3: Sectors That Cannot Get Cover
Urgent delivery of an effective Governmental and market response addressing sectors and organisations that cannot get cover.
4. Education, Training and Creating a Market that is Fair and Transparent
Enhance people’s ability to meaningfully engage around their policies and premiums, and areas such as risk and claim management. Rebalance the relationship between policy holders, brokers and underwriters with improved customer service and fairness at the heart of these relationships.
